Dubai Design Week is the largest celebration of creativity in the Middle East. As Event Director for the third and fourth editions of the Festival, William played a critical role in developing the event; from programming content to sponsorship.
Reflecting the city’s ambitions as a global design city, Dubai Design Week is closely aligned with the Dubai Design District (d3); a dedicated location close to the centre of the city supported by the Government of Dubai; key stakeholders in the on-going success of the Design Week.
William increased the scale of Dubai Design Week on almost all counts; attracting more projects, greater audiences and a significant number of sponsors to the Festival. Dubai Design Week continues to develop as a key event on the global design calendar.
