Sunderland Future Living Expo

The Sunderland Future Living Expo is an ambitious event concept aimed at showcasing contemporary housing in the heart of one of the UK’s most exciting city masterplan developments: Riverside Sunderland.
Working with Sunderland City Council and their development partner, igloo Regeneration, Renew has developed the overall event strategy, delivered a digital launch programme and submitted a comprehensive business plan. In partnership with Studio Blackburn, a brand identity and website have also gone live.
Renew has worked with a wide range of stakeholders as part of the Expo project; from acting as a primary point of contact for sponsors, to establishing relationships in the construction industry to liaising with community interest groups; informing and assisting each to maximise the opportunity of this one-off event scheduled to take place in 2023.
